Bible, Food & Exercise 1/17/08

Bible: Genesis 28



7:30 a.m. - caramel chocolate pecan cappucino (about 10 ounces)

12:30 - fish sandwich, only half the bun, about 10 fries

2:45 p.m. -- licked the batter bowl for a cake...yikes, but i caught myself and didn't lick the beaters

4:30 - 6:30 - taste tested the potato soup i made to check tenderness of potatoes, very small bites


6:30 p.m. - 3/4 cup of potato soup, a pinch of cheese, bacon bits & green onions, small dollop of sour cream

8:00 p.m. - tiny peace of butter pecan cake w/cream cheese frosting (wasn't really hungry, but it was basically 2 bites and i wanted it, so i gave in to it because sometimes i feel like when i really want it, better to take the 2 bites than to binge later because i deprived myself.)

Keep up the good work! I finally made it through the whole video of walking dvd.. leslie sansome. I of course couldn't keep the same speed, nor did i do all the arm/hand motions that they did... but yeah i made it through. (there is a thread about the dvd.. from me and jo at asf)
i can really feel it. not pain... but can tell a difference. hopefully this will be the key to help me stay on track. i have had such a hard time with that.
