Bible Reading, Food & Exercise 1/14/08

Bible, Phillipians 4 - done

12:15 p.m. - turkey/cheese sandwich, 15 pringles

5:30 - did 1 mile WATP video tape

7:45 - half butterfly pork chop, 3/4 cup of mac n cheese (and about 3 bites before my plate was served, oh mac n cheese is like a big issue for me), 1/2 cup of peas, 2 slices of beer bread.
