7:30 a.m. - sausage cheese biscuit & cappucino ( i was feeling sorry for myself about less than pound weight loss, but it's all good now, got it straight with God and I'm back on the wagon)
12:15 p.m. - italian wedding soup and 5 saltines, 2 dove dark chocolate squares
6:30 p.m. - just over half of memphian sandwich, 10-12 tortilla chips w/chili rotel
