7:30 a.m. - cappuccino ( i went to the kitchen with every intention of fixing oatmeal, and what did i walk away with, definitely was not oatmeal)
12:30 p.m. - (frozen dinner) country fried steak patty w/gravy, mashed taters, corn, 100 cal pack of oreo candy bites
4:00 p.m. - 2 peanut butter crackers (tummy is growling like crazy)
6:15 p.m. - creamed beef over toast
