Food & Exercise 1/8/08

8:20 a.m. - 2 cheese/wheat crackers

12:00 - 12:25 p.m. - walked 1 mile (2 times around the block at work)

1:15 p.m. - half turkey cheese sandwich, about 10 pringles

6:00 p.m. - 5 chicken nuggets and a kids size frosty from wendy's

Way to go on getting that walk in!!! I'm starting my walking regime tomorrow, cross your fingers that I do as well as you did :)
