8:20 a.m. - 8 ounce english toffee cappucino
12:15 - half turkey cheese on whole grain bread, 10 pringles and a biscuit from popeyes (somebody brought them and i had to have one, but i didn't have 2, this is a good thing)
5:45 p.m. - about 3/4 of a Memphian from McAlister's (we eat there free for anybody who wonders why we go there a lot) and abot 1/2 cup of brocoli cheddar soup

robin you are going sooo good!
hopefully i will start my walking tomorrow. i can't seems to get myself to journalling my food... perhaps walking (with bettye or missi) will help to inspire me to get motivated again.
and like you i LOVE the biggest loser. and have learned lots from it.. mostly that i don't exercise nearly enough. i have been watching it for a long while though.
