12:45 p.m. - 3/4 nacho supreme & 3/4 bean & rice burrito
5:00 p.m. - 3 vienna sausages (holding me over till dinner with hubby about 8:30)
8:30ish - 1.5 cup red beans & rice w/ deer sausage, 1 piece of cornbread w/butter
Exercise: 1 mile WATP video tape, plus walked the perimeter of Sam's 1 time, pushing the buggy (strictly for exercise, no stopping to shop) plus the 1 time i walked around looking for items to purchase.
