Bible: Genesis 26
7:30 - 8 ounce english toffee cappuccino
12:30 p.m. - half turkey cheese sandwich, handful of pringles
5:30 p.m. - grilled cheese sandwich
Exercise: house cleaning for 1.5 hours, feels like exercise to me... walked in place while I watched Biggest Loser for about 15 minutes.

You are doing great Robin!! Sometimes we have to just let ourselves have what we want just so we totally dont loose it and give up so don't be down on your self just pick up right were you went wrong and start new!! As long as you dont give up then you are going in the right direction!! We CAN and WILL win this battle with weight and food!! I am behind you ALL the way!! KEEP IT UP!!
